House Rules

• Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM (building-wide)
• No parties or events — maximum occupancy is limited to registered guests
• No smoking or vaping anywhere in the unit, on the lanai, or in building common areas ($500 fine)
• No pets
• Do not move furniture or rearrange the unit
• No illegal substances or illegal activity of any kind

• Keep the unit reasonably clean and report any damage or issues promptly
• Cooking is welcome — please use the exhaust fan and clean cookware afterward
• Dispose of trash in the building trash room/chute for your floor as described in your check-in instructions
• Beach gear is provided for your use — please rinse off sand and return it to the unit
• Hawaii is a tropical environment: keep food sealed and doors closed to avoid pests

• Check-in from 3:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM (self check-in via smart lock)
• At check-out: start the dishwasher, place used towels in the bathroom, take out trash, and lock the door
• Late check-out without prior approval may incur an additional charge

• Where included, one free garage parking space is provided; parking passes must remain in the unit at check-out
• Lost or unreturned parking access devices, including garage remotes, passes and access fobs, incur a $400 replacement charge
• Do not share building access codes or keys with unregistered guests
• A $100 fee applies for extra keys or access items sent during the stay

Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear. Please tell us right away if something breaks — accidents happen, and quick communication keeps things simple for everyone.
