No third-party guest service fee is charged when you book directly through our website. Your complete price — accommodation charges, cleaning fee and applicable Hawaii taxes — is displayed before payment.

Do the condos have ocean views?
Yes. Our condos feature ocean, lagoon, marina or sunset views depending on the unit you select. Please review each condo's photos and description to choose your preferred view.
Can I see the Friday night fireworks?
Yes — the Hilton Hawaiian Village fireworks are every Friday at 7:45 PM, and can be seen directly from the private lanai of our 17th-floor, 16th-floor and Ilikai Marina condos. Fireworks are run by the hotel and can be cancelled for weather or holidays.
Does each condo have a private lanai?
Yes. Each condo has a private furnished lanai where you can enjoy the Waikiki views.
Do the condos have full kitchens?
Yes. Our condos have equipped kitchens with appliances, cookware, dishes, glassware and utensils so you can prepare meals during your stay.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes. The 12th-, 16th- and 17th-floor condos have wall-mounted ductless (split) AC units. The Ilikai Marina condo has central air conditioning.
Is Wi-Fi included?
Yes. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is included. Remote workers are welcome — several condos have a dedicated workspace, and the ocean views make a great backdrop for video calls.
Are beach supplies provided?
Yes. Every condo includes the same set of beach gear: beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, a cooler and children's sand toys.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes. Guests have access to the Ilikai's two guest pools, located at the main Ilikai Hotel. Both are lagoon-view pools — one on the 3rd floor and one on the 2nd floor. The 12th-, 16th- and 17th-floor condos are in the main Ilikai Hotel, so the pools are right downstairs. The Ilikai Marina condo is in the separate Marina tower, so guests walk across the connecting bridge to reach the main building and the pools. Adult guest names are required for pool access — please provide the names of all adults staying in the unit before arrival so we can arrange access.
Is there laundry in the condo?
Laundry facilities are in the building, not inside the condo. At the Ilikai Hotel there is a laundry room on each floor — including the 12th, 16th and 17th floors — so it is just steps from your door (pay by card/app). For the Ilikai Marina condo, the laundry room is on the 8th floor (pay by app/card).
Are the condos part of the Ilikai Hotel?
Our condos are privately managed vacation rentals located within the Ilikai properties. They are not hotel-operated rooms, and amenities or services available to private condo guests may differ from hotel-managed accommodations.

Is parking included?
Complimentary garage parking is included with the 17th-floor, 12th-floor and Ilikai Marina condos. Parking is in the Ilikai lower garage. Please note: no oversized vehicles are permitted — all parking spots in Hawaiʻi are smaller than on the mainland, so compact and mid-size cars (and smaller SUVs) fit comfortably, but large SUVs, trucks and vans may not. The 16th-floor condo does not include a parking spot; nearby public garages are available. Parking instructions and access information are provided before check-in.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Standard check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. Please contact us on the day of your arrival after you arrive so we can confirm everything is ready and share any final details. Complete arrival instructions are provided with your reservation. Early check-in or late check-out may sometimes be possible depending on the cleaning schedule and adjacent reservations, but cannot be guaranteed.
Is check-in self-service?
Yes. We provide convenient self check-in via a smart-lock door code. Your unique entry code and detailed building, parking and condo access instructions are sent before arrival.
Can I check in early?
Early check-in may be possible, depending on whether another guest is departing that day and how quickly the condo can be cleaned and prepared. Please contact me after you land, and I'll do my best to let you in early if the unit is ready.
Can I store luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Unfortunately we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out. For your convenience, the Ilikai Hotel bell desk offers secure luggage storage for a small fee per bag.

Is smoking allowed?
No. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the condos, on the lanais or in building hallways. Please use only designated smoking areas where permitted by the building.
Are parties allowed?
No parties or events are permitted. Occupancy is limited to the registered guests on the reservation, and guests must follow building quiet hours.
What are the quiet hours?
Building quiet hours are 9:00 PM–8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a respectful level inside the condo, on the lanai and in hallways.
Are pets allowed?
No animals are permitted in the condos except where required by applicable law.

Our condos are located at the Ilikai Hotel and Ilikai Marina in Waikiki, Honolulu — near the beach, Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon, Ala Moana Beach Park, restaurants, shopping and the Waikiki Marina.
How close are the condos to the beach?
Kahanamoku Beach and Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon are just steps away — an easy short walk, no driving needed.
Do I need a car in Waikiki?
Not necessarily. The condos are within walking distance of beaches, restaurants, shopping and many Waikiki attractions. A car is convenient if you plan to explore other parts of Oʻahu — and free garage parking is included with select condos.
How far is Ala Moana Beach Park & Magic Island?
Ala Moana Beach Park is about a 10–15 minute walk, and Magic Island is roughly 15–20 minutes on foot.
How far is Ala Moana Center?
Ala Moana Center is near the Ilikai area — roughly a 10–15 minute walk or a short drive.
Are restaurants within walking distance?
Yes. There are numerous restaurants, cafés, bars and shops within walking distance throughout Waikiki and the Ala Moana area.
How far is the heart of Waikiki?
The main Kalākaua Avenue shopping and dining area is approximately 15–20 minutes on foot, depending on your destination.
How far is Diamond Head?
Approximately 15–20 minutes by car, depending on traffic. Advance reservations may be required for non-Hawaii residents.
How far is Hanauma Bay?
Approximately 25–35 minutes by car. Reservations are generally required for visitors, so we recommend planning ahead.
How far is Pearl Harbor?
Approximately 20–30 minutes by car, depending heavily on traffic.
How far is Honolulu Airport (HNL)?
Approximately 20–30 minutes by car under typical conditions. Allow extra time during heavy traffic.
How far is the North Shore, Kailua or Lanikai?
The North Shore is roughly 45–75 minutes by car (Haleʻiwa is a popular first stop), Kailua Beach about 30–40 minutes, and Lanikai Beach about 35–45 minutes. Parking in Lanikai is limited, so plan ahead.
Can I book boat tours nearby?
Yes. The nearby marina offers convenient access to sailing cruises, catamaran tours, fishing charters, snorkeling and diving excursions, private charters and other ocean activities offered by independent operators.
