Cancellation Policy

• 100% refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking
• 50% refund if you cancel up to 15 days before your arrival date
• No refund for cancellations made within 15 days of arrival

To cancel, email us at vacation@dreamwaikikiescape.com with your reservation details. The cancellation takes effect on the date we receive your message, and any refund is returned to your original payment method.

When availability allows, we are happy to move your reservation to new dates instead of cancelling. Date changes requested within 30 days of arrival are treated under the cancellation tiers above.

Because plans can change unexpectedly, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover situations outside these refund tiers (illness, flight disruption, weather, and similar events).
